Barney came here with his mare Joy. Barney is a little fella with big personality. He is the diva of the horse group and keeps his ladies in line. He has some breathing issues but is doing well outside and with medication. Barney is getting used to more touch and will accept it for treats. He also enjoys a game to tag from time to time!
